We are cat and dog friendly. A nonrefundable deposit of $300 per pet will be accessed. In addition $35 monthly per pet rent will be charged.

Apartments are leased by the bedspace. Price subject to change at any time. Non-refundable application fee of $65 per applicant is due at time of application. There is a $500 Security Deposit fee due at time of lease signing. Limited, reserved, garage parking available starting at $200 per month. Internet, water/ sewer/ trash included in rent. Total rent for lease term = rent X 12. Additional premiums will apply based on floor level.
